Do I need HOA approval?
Yes, if you live in an HOA community, you’ll likely need approval before replacing your windows. We can help guide you through the process.
Do I need city permits?
It depends on your city and the scope of work. Most cities in Southern California require permits, except for Irvine and Huntington Beach. We can assist with pulling permits or guide you on how to do it yourself.
How much deposit should I pay?
By law, contractors can only ask for 10% of the project cost or $1,000, whichever is less. Never pay more upfront. Read More Here
Are all windows custom made?
Yes, every window is custom-made to fit your home’s unique measurements and needs.
How long will it take to install my windows?
Typically, it takes 4-8 weeks from order to installation. Installation itself usually takes 1-2 days.
Why is insurance and licensing important?
Working with a licensed and insured contractor is vital for protecting your home and investment. Our CSLB license (LIC#1127613 C-17) ensures we meet California’s strict professional standards, while our comprehensive liability and workers’ compensation insurance guarantees you face zero financial liability if an accident occurs on your property during installation.
Is an installation warranty important?
Yes! The quality of installation is just as important as the windows themselves. We offer a lifetime installation warranty, giving you peace of mind that your home is protected.
Can I find cheaper windows elsewhere?
Be careful of “too good to be true” deals. Cheap windows often come with poor installation, low-quality materials, and minimal warranties. Always work with licensed, insured, and reputable companies.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. We use only factory-certified, trained installers to ensure top-quality service from start to finish.
What’s the process to get started?
Once you accept our quote, we’ll prepare a work order for you to sign electronically. Then, we’ll schedule a measurement appointment and place your order. After manufacturing, we’ll schedule the installation around the shipping date.
What if I have a problem later?
If you have any issues, just call us! We’ll handle all warranty claims and fix any installation-related problems because of our lifetime installation warranty.
Can you create new window openings?
We don’t do major construction like creating new window openings. You’d need a general contractor for that.
Do you have a referral program?
